KCheckGMail - Translate

Thanks for your interest into translating KCheckGMail. Before you start translating make sure that

The language you want to translate KCheckGMail into doesn't already exist by checking this list.
You have the latest kcheckgmail.pot for the current branch.
If you are going to update an existing translation remember to update the .po file using the latest .pot files
If you don't know exactly how to translate and what to do with the .pot files, read the GUI Translation Guide of KDE. This guide should only be considered as an introduction since KCheckGMail isn't a part of KDE.
You take a look at the website of the KDE Translation Team of your language.

After translating KCheckGMail:

The translated kcheckgmail.pot files is named like: XX.po; where XX is the language code.
Compress the .po file into a .gz file.
Open a new ticket in the patches tracker, select the "Translation" category and submit the ticket with the .gz file.
If you are willing to maintain your translation join the translators mailing list, where you will be notified when a new .pot file is available.
